Suturing of Minor Injuries

Suturing or stitching may be needed if you have a bad gash or a deep cut. It is important to get your injury examined carefully to ensure you get the appropriate treatment. We will also arrange for followup wound care and dressings as needed.

It is especially recommended to get your cut examined if it resembles any of the below;

  • Is gaping, jagged, or deep
  • Constantly bleeding without stopping after 20 minutes of direct pressure
  • It begins to feel numb
  • Is in a crucial part of you such as a  hand or limb that isn’t functioning as normal anymore.
